Dr.Margret Mathai, FMA carries out her service as the manger of Auxilium ICSE and the principal of Auxilium PU College. She has completed her doctorate in English literature from Jaipur Maharaja Global university and M.A from the Osmania University Hyderabad. She has an additional Master’s degree in Educational Sciences with the specialization in Pedagogy from the Pontifical University “Auxilium” Rome. Besides, she holds a certificate in Basic Counsellor Training and Diploma in Counsellor Training Programme from Anugraha, Dindugal, Tamil Nadu and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Psychological Counselling from Christian Counselling Centre, Vellore, Tamil Nadu. She served as the principal of Maria Nivas Junior College in Vijayawada for a few years and later as manager of Auxilium School in Warangal and Bandapura. She has participated and presented papers both in national and international seminars and workshops. Her favourite mission is the formation of young people and educators through motivational seminars and counselling.
